Dr.Marion Phillips at the Chalmers p.Wiley clinic only took Xrays, two days later i got an appointment,6 weeks away. I was in severe pain in my right knee,i got no medicine what so ever. I went to Mt.Carmel hosp. I got exam and medicine. This has happened before ,but what won't happen again, me using the va clinic, they suck yet they get paid.Rodney Turner Add comment

They will be there for you lets not begin to think everyone is Evil who works at a VA or for the government. But ther are a few who needed to weeded out and accounted for! They need to be procecuted all you have to do is look at my case in its entirity and you'll know everything is not all right beginning with me. I was severely injured July 22nd 1966, suffering major neurological damage to my lower spine. Being young I endured and served 1 year in SEA, Thailand and South Viet Nam. (Khe Sanh). At 9:38 am October 28th with flu like symptoms very sore throat headache and my eyes were burning and in pain I went to the emergency room and they sent me to the green clinic. I do work for Amtrak and I go to high risk areas mainly Texas once a week and as a conductor I am exposed to numerous illnesses. I FILES A CLAIM IN 2005 AS A PAYIENT OF LOMA LINDA VA HOSPITAL IN CA. I FILED A FTCA AND 1151 CLAIM BOTH AT SAME TIME WITH HOSPITAL AMERICAN LEGION REP. THE R/O TURNED ME DOWN CLAIMING I HAD PROGRESSION OF DISEASE THIS WAS TWO TEARS LATER. SO I APPEALED AND THEY MAILED ME INFORMATION TO THE WRONG ADDRESS THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE. I went in for a bypass woke up a cripple in 2005. The USA awarded me a FTCA in 2008. Since then My claim has been lied on and misledby the same people who are suppose to assist a veteran. I had to give blood on the 18th so i went in a day early to give it. Went in for surgery on l leg woke up Impotent and had foot on right leg amputated. Won a FTCA in 2008 under code 28 section 2672 yet the VA keeps saying it was progression of disease and a sponge left inside of me during colon surgery I never had. Waited 2 weeks and still no response to my phone messages to the Emerald Clinic. They must all be out spending their bonus's. I use to work at this facility 41 years ago. I lasted 7 1/2 years before I threw in the towel. I enjoyed working with the patients on the Psych ward that I worked on. It was the staff that drove me away.
